This sauna is backed by a 1-Year Full Warranty and a Lifetime Limited Warranty from Wizzisaunas.
Covered at no charge: control panel malfunction, main control box malfunction, audio system malfunction, bulbs and lighting system malfunction, heater malfunction, portable steam generator malfunction, damage caused during transportation, and missing packaging accessories.
Not covered: glass breakage from non-shipping causes, damage from accidents, natural disasters, abuse or misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from moving an indoor unit outdoors.

Free shipping within the United States. Delivery in 7–15 business days. Ships directly to your door from our U.S. warehouse.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Photos of the original packaging label and product code are required to initiate any return. All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If your sauna arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we cover a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you. If you change your mind and the unit is unused and in original packaging, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to units that have been assembled or whose original packaging has been discarded. Custom and private label orders are non-refundable.
