The Journey Begins
Five years ago, I was burning out. As a tech executive working 70-hour weeks, I discovered infrared saunas at a wellness retreat in Florida.
For the first time in years, I slept through the night. But back home, the nearest sauna was a 45-minute drive, requiring appointments weeks in advance.
The results were remarkable but at $150 per session, it wasn't sustainable.
The Lightbulb Moment
I realized millions of Americans faced the same dilemma: proven wellness therapies existed, but accessing them required time, money, and logistics that busy lives couldn't accommodate. What if I could bring the wellness center home?
Building the Solution
I spent two years researching, testing, and personally trying every sauna, cold plunge, and massage chair on the market. I visited manufacturers in Finland, studied with cold therapy experts in Norway, and consulted with sports medicine physicians across the U.S.
The result: Sauna Spa World; a curated collection of only the equipment we'd put in our own homes.
I don't just sell these products, I use them every single day. My morning cold plunge and evening sauna aren't luxuries anymore; they're non-negotiables that keep me performing at my best.
