What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless otherwise specified), and damage caused by external factors including weather, fire, or pests.
To File a Claim: Email sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. Our team will review and respond with the appropriate resolution—repair, parts replacement, or full unit replacement.
