Seven perfectly positioned carbon infrared heaters generate a steady, dry heat up to 140°F  no steam, no moisture, no humidity. The HeatWave SA7019 Sonoma is protected by a comprehensive tiered limited warranty:

• 7-Year Limited Warranty on the wood structure from date of purchase
• 5-Year Limited Warranty on all heating elements and electronics
• 1-Year Limited Warranty on the sound system
• 90-Day Coverage on light bulbs and light fixtures

To activate your warranty, complete and return the warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase. This warranty is valid for private, non-commercial indoor use only. Outdoor installation, use of unauthorized replacement parts, or application of lacquer or paint to any part of the sauna will void the warranty. The warranty is nontransferable and limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Blue Wave Products' sole discretion — no refunds will be issued. Shipping

Once your order is processed, your sauna will be delivered within an estimated 10 business days. A freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience. Standard delivery is curbside. Sauna accessories ordered alongside a sauna ship separately via UPS. Lead times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

All sales are final for non-defective products. If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for prompt resolution through repair or replacement. If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery  items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of 20–25% applies to all accepted returns.
