Important Terms: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Coverage becomes void upon owner transfer, relocation, outdoor installation, use of lacquers or paints on any sauna surface, or placement on a non-approved surface. Defects arising from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized parts are not covered.

Shipping
Your sauna ships via LTL freight in 3 boxes. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery is within 10 business days. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.
Standard delivery is curbside. Please arrange for adequate help to move the unit indoors — the product weighs 359 lbs across three cartons.
Sauna accessories ordered together with a sauna ship separately via UPS. Lead times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy
All sales are final for non-defective products.
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly through repair or replacement at no cost to you.
If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee of 20–25% will be applied to all accepted returns.
