To activate your warranty, complete and mail the enclosed Warranty Registration Card within 30 days of purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. It does not cover improper installation, misuse, unauthorized parts, or outdoor use. Surface cracks and color changes are normal characteristics of kiln-dried wood and are not considered defects.
During the warranty period, Blue Wave Products will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser — shipping and labor charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. This sauna is for INDOOR USE ONLY — outdoor installation voids the warranty.

Shipping
Once your order is processed, your sauna will be delivered within an estimated 10 business days. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that works for you. Standard delivery is curbside.
Sauna accessories ship separately via UPS when ordered together with a sauna.
Please note that lead times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
All sales are considered final for non-defective products.
If your sauna arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly through repair or replacement.
If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of 20–25% will apply to all accepted returns.
