Shipping
Your Buena Vista sauna will be delivered via freight carrier within an estimated 10 business days after your order is processed. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard delivery is curbside.
Sauna accessories ordered alongside the sauna ship separately via UPS. Lead times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
Return Policy
All sales are considered final for non-defective products.
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately — we will resolve the issue promptly through repair or replacement.
If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee of 20–25% will apply to all accepted returns.
