Warranty
Your CHILL1000 comes backed by a 2-year parts and labor warranty, supported by a nationwide service network across the entire United States. All warranty service is handled directly by Chill Therapy at no additional cost during the warranty period.
Warranty registration is required. Upon receiving your unit, you must register your warranty online. Coverage will not apply without a registered warranty on file. Registration takes only a few minutes.
Shipping
We offer free curbside delivery directly to your home — no hidden fees, no surprises. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from the time your order is processed. Orders ship from U.S. distribution centers in Reno, NV and Raleigh, NC. The freight carrier assigned varies by location and cannot be confirmed in advance. Occasional delays may occur due to weather or freight volume.
Before your CHILL1000 arrives — have this ready: Your unit must be placed on a flat, stable surface — a concrete slab, deck, or stamped concrete. Grass, gravel, dirt, or uneven surfaces are not suitable and will void warranty coverage.
Need backyard placement? Standard delivery drops off curbside at the front of your home. If you need the unit moved to the backyard, we can coordinate a local moving company — this service is an additional cost paid by the customer, and pricing varies based on site conditions and access. Photos of the delivery path are required for the moving company to assess and quote the job.
Return Policy
Returns & Cancellations All returns require prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval — no exceptions. Items must be unopened and returned in their original condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damage Claims Inspect your delivery carefully the moment it arrives. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
