Warranty
All Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers include a 2-year standard warranty from the date of delivery, covering all components — zipper, viewing windows, seams, valves, and hoses. Warranty covers both parts and labor. Summit to Sea will repair or replace the item at their sole discretion. Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Return shipping for warranty service is the customer's responsibility.
Extended Warranty options are available for purchase at any point while the original 2-year warranty is active and cover the same components. Contact us for details.
Shipping
Orders ship directly from Summit to Sea to your delivery address. Standard delivery applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Optional Professional Installation: $600 — A third-party installer will contact you directly to schedule a convenient setup time. This option is available at checkout.
Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your chamber for a refund. To initiate a return, contact us directly. Refunds cover the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges. The chamber must be returned in its original condition. Chambers returned damaged, dirty, or missing components are subject to a restoration charge. Return shipping to Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.
