Warranty
The SA1320 Whistler is covered by Blue Wave Products' 7-Year Limited Warranty on the wood structure from date of purchase. Heating elements and all electronics are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty. The wireless MP3 player is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. Light bulbs and light fixtures are covered for 90 days.
To activate your warranty, complete and return the Warranty Registration Card within 30 days of purchase. This warranty applies to private, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable. During the warranty period, Blue Wave Products will repair or replace defective parts at no cost — though shipping, labor, and installation charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Important: This sauna is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor installation, use of lacquers or paints on any sauna surface, placement on non-approved surfaces, or the use of unauthorized replacement parts will void the warranty.

Shipping
Once your order is processed, your sauna will be delivered within an estimated 10 business days. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that works for you. Standard delivery is curbside. Sauna accessories ordered together with your sauna ship separately via UPS. Please note that lead times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
All sales on non-defective products are considered final. If your sauna arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately — we will resolve the issue promptly through repair or replacement.
If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of 20–25% will apply to all accepted returns.
