Every Auris Two Luxury Outdoor Cedar Sauna arrives backed by a comprehensive 5-year Orivon Wellness warranty — included at no extra cost. This covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity issues across the full five years of ownership. That level of coverage, at no added charge, reflects the confidence behind how this sauna is built.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage from external factors including weather events, fire, or pests. Commercial use is excluded unless explicitly specified at time of purchase.
To file a claim, email support@saunaspaworld.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. The Orivon Wellness team will review your claim and respond with the appropriate resolution — whether that means a repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement.
Return policy
All non-defective items are considered final sale. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Supporting documentation, such as photos and proof of purchase, may be required.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.
