This covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity issues across the full five years of ownership. That level of coverage, at no added charge, reflects the confidence behind how this sauna is built.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage from external factors including weather events, fire, or pests. Commercial use is excluded unless explicitly specified at time of purchase.
To file a claim, email support@saunaspaworld.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. The Orivon Wellness team will review your claim and respond with the appropriate resolution — whether that means a repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement.
Return policy
