The Klondike 4-Person Cedar Infrared Sauna by HeatWave is a full-capacity therapeutic retreat built from Canadian red cedar and engineered for serious daily use.
Nine low-EMF carbon heaters totaling 2,370 watts deliver FAR infrared heat up to 140°F across every seat — five 330W panels on the back and side walls, four 180W heaters at the benches and floor. No cold zones. No uneven exposure. Just consistent, full-body coverage every session.
At 71"W × 40"D × 75"H, it fits against any flat wall without requiring a dedicated room. Canadian red cedar naturally insulates heat, resists warping, and provides the clean, aromatic interior the material is known for.
Inside: chromotherapy lighting, Bluetooth MP3 player with integrated speakers, adjustable roof vents, oxygen ionizer, dual LED control panels, recessed lighting, magazine rack, towel hooks, and cup holders. Important Terms: This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates upon owner transfer, relocation, or outdoor installation. Warranty is void if lacquers or paints are applied to any sauna surface, if the sauna is placed on a non-approved surface, or if unauthorized parts or repairs are used. Misuse, abuse, or acts of nature void the warranty. No refunds — warranty claims are resolved through repair or replacement at Blue Wave Products' sole discretion.

Shipping
Your sauna ships via LTL freight. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery is within 10 business days. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.
Standard delivery is curbside. Please arrange adequate help to move the unit indoors. Sauna accessories ordered together with the sauna ship separately via UPS. Lead times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
All sales are final for non-defective products.
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly through repair or replacement.
If you change your mind, a 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee of 20–25% will be applied to all accepted returns.
