Warranty

Exclusions: normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or pests.
To file a claim, email support@saunaspaworld.com with your name, order number, issue description, and photos or videos. Claims are assessed and resolved through repair, parts replacement, or full product replacement.
Return policy
All non-defective items are considered final sale. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Supporting documentation, such as photos and proof of purchase, may be required.
